Things to Live For is for people who are really struggling and need to find new inspiration to break out of a rut.

Each 6 week therapeutic course focusses on a specific artform.  Sessions are structured to enable participants to connect with others, reflect, find new ways of expressing difficult emotions and discover new passions.  Group sizes are purposely small and sessions are relaxed and person-centred. Participants will be shown creative techniques that can be used a coping strategies on dark days or when anxiety hits.

The following courses are currently available: Mindful Movement, Street Art, Writing for Wellbeing, Visual art and Music Moves Us.
